What we collect
Your email, your quiz answers (including health answers you consented to give), which sessions you complete, payment records from Stripe (never your card number), the ad you arrived from, and technical logs.
Why
To build and run your plan, to bill you, to send the emails you asked for, and to know which ads work. Health answers are used only to choose sessions and are never sold or shared with advertisers.
Lawful basis
Contract for the app and billing; explicit consent for health answers and for marketing email; legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention.
Who else sees data
Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our hosting provider in the EU, and Cloudflare (network). Each under a data processing agreement. Attribution partners receive an event id, not your name or answers.
How long
While you have an account, then 30 days after deletion for refunds and disputes. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion and objection from the Account page or by email. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or your local authority.
Marketing email
Only if you ticked the box. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Receipts and account emails are not marketing.
